Need a little help with your training?

I’m developing programs for strength, speed, agility, nutrition, and mental game. I am developing programs for players and referees of varying athletic experience, and with different goals. What will make my programs different are the incorporation of strength and conditioning training for different levels.

I will be offering online challenges (like I have previously done through my FB and Twitter), as well as programs ranging from 4 to 12 weeks. I’m super stoked to be taking on this new adventure and challenge in help you be the best skater you can be! Keep your eyes open for more information as we release it!
